The Practice

A small practice,
which is rather the point

Dr Dušan Sremčević
Dr Dušan Sremčević — Kraljevo, Serbia

Dr Sremčević has practised in Kraljevo for over a decade, in a private dental practice on Omladinska — a city of about sixty thousand people in the Ibar valley in central Serbia. He works with a small team, himself and a dental nurse, which means the person who assesses your case is the person who does the work and the person you see at the follow-up.

That is a genuine difference from the large dental-tourism clinics, where a coordinator sells you a package and you meet your surgeon on the morning of the procedure. Here there is one dentist. If you have a question in six months' time, you know exactly whose answer you are getting.

The practice's reputation is local and it is long-standing: a 5.0 rating on Google from patients in Serbia, many of them families who have used the same dentist for years. It is not a review score built out of a marketing budget, which is both its strength and its limitation — it tells you a great deal about the dentistry and nothing at all about handling an international patient's flights. That second part is our job, not his.

On The Record

The practice,
in plain facts

Everything below is checkable — the practice's own published record, not marketing copy and not something we were simply told.

His Work

Real cases,
real patients

Three completed cases published by the practice. The photography belongs to Dr Sremčević's clinic and shows his own patients — nothing here is stock imagery or a manufacturer's sample.

What these photos are, and are not. They are real outcomes from this practice, published with the clinic's agreement. They are not a prediction of your result — different mouth, different bone, different starting point. Any dentist who shows you a gallery and promises you the same is telling you something they cannot know.

The reason range matters abroad: a case that turns out to need gum treatment before an implant doesn't become a second trip.

Treatments

What the practice
covers

From a routine checkup to a complete restoration, using modern equipment and materials, with a plan built around the individual case.

01

Esthetic dentistry

Professional whitening, bonding and veneers designed to look like your own teeth rather than a set of them. Every case starts with a conversation about what a natural result looks like for your face.

02

Prosthodontics

Crowns, bridges and dentures built to restore chewing function as well as appearance. Metal-free ceramic options are used where appropriate, matched to the colour and shape of the surrounding teeth.

03

Implantology

Implants replace a missing tooth at the root — a permanent alternative to a bridge or a removable denture. Treatment is planned around your bone health and your healing timeline, including full-arch options.

04

Oral surgery

Extractions, wisdom teeth and other surgical procedures under modern local anesthesia. Written aftercare instructions come with every procedure — which matters more than usual when you're flying home shortly afterwards.

05

Periodontology

Gum disease treated at every stage, from early gingivitis to advanced periodontitis, protecting the bone and tissue that hold your teeth in place. Often the necessary first step before crowns, bridges or implants.

06

Pediatric dentistry

A patient, gentle approach for younger patients, built around comfort and around building trust from a child's first visit. Preventive care is emphasized so the habits take hold early.

07

Orthodontics

Straightening for a well-aligned bite and easier long-term hygiene. Options and timelines are discussed up front — including what is realistic to complete across a series of international visits, and what is not.

The Honest Math

Is it worth the trip?

An illustrative full-arch case — a typical U.S. cost against travel plus treatment in Serbia. These are general market averages for comparison only. We publish no provider's price list, including this one.

Typical U.S. Cost
$24,000
general U.S. average — full-arch (e.g. All-on-4), per arch
Flight + Longer Stay
$2,200
flights & hotel across two visits, local transport
Treatment in Serbia
$6,500
illustrative — real price confirmed after consultation
≈ $15,300 savedon a full-arch case, even after flights, hotels, and a proper visit to Serbia

Figures are illustrative general averages (sources vary; U.S. single implants commonly run $3,000–$5,000 and full-arch $15,000–$38,000 per arch) — not a quote for any treatment at this or any practice. Your real, itemized figure comes from Dr Sremčević in writing after a consultation, before any work begins.

How It Works

What we handle,
what he handles

The division of labour is deliberate and worth understanding before you enquire — it is the reason this works at all for someone flying in from Sydney or Sheffield.

Adrenaline Group

Everything except the dentistry
  1. Your first point of contact. You enquire with us, not with the practice. Every message, at every stage, comes through us in English.
  2. The consultation. We set up a video call with Dr Sremčević if you want one, so you can show him the problem and hear his assessment before booking a single flight.
  3. Arrival and logistics. Airport welcome, transfer to your hotel, the drive to the practice and back. Accommodation sorted around your treatment dates rather than the other way round.
  4. Throughout and afterwards. Translation, scheduling changes, and someone to chase if anything needs chasing — including after you have flown home.

Dr Sremčević

The clinical work, and only that
  1. Your case. He assesses what you actually need — which sometimes means telling you the trip isn't worth it for your case.
  2. The estimate. A written, itemized figure after the consultation, before any work starts. No surprises in the chair.
  3. The treatment. Carried out by him personally, with a written aftercare plan for when you go home.
  4. Payment. You pay him directly for the dentistry. Our commission is invoiced separately, afterwards — the two are never bundled into one price.
Why the payments stay separate. If we collected your treatment fee and passed on a share, you would have no way of knowing what the dentistry actually cost. Paying the dentist directly keeps his price his price, and keeps our fee visible as what it is — a charge for organizing the trip, not a markup hidden inside your medical bill.

Tell us what's bothering you and roughly when you could travel. We come back within one business day — and if a video call with Dr Sremčević would help you decide, we'll arrange that too. No commitment either way.

Your enquiry goes to Adrenaline Group, who organize everything around your treatment — not directly to the practice. Your details are never sold or shared without your say-so.

Common Questions

About this practice

Can I speak to him before I book flights?

Yes. A video consultation is available if you want one — you show him the problem, he reviews your case and gives you an indication of the treatment and the cost before you commit to travel. We arrange it. No charge for the call, no obligation afterwards.

Who do I pay?

You pay Dr Sremčević directly for the dental work. Adrenaline Group organizes everything around it and invoices its commission separately, afterwards. The two payments are never combined into one package price.

How much does treatment here cost?

We don't publish a price list for any provider, including this one. The comparison above uses general market averages, not quotes. Your real figure comes from Dr Sremčević after he has seen your case, in writing, before any work begins.

Is the practice used to treating foreign patients?

Its established patient base is local — the 5.0 Google rating comes from patients in Serbia. International patients are newer, which is exactly why we handle the travel, scheduling, language and aftercare rather than leaving a small practice to improvise them. We'd rather be straight with you about that than pretend to a decade of medical-tourism experience nobody has.

Can I contact the practice directly?

Enquiries for international patients go through us. That isn't gatekeeping for its own sake — it's how the scheduling, the transfers, the translation and the follow-up stay in one pair of hands instead of being improvised across a time-zone gap in a second language.

What if I get there and change my mind?

Then you don't have the treatment. You'll have paid for flights and a hotel, and nothing else — there's no deposit held against the dentistry and no cancellation charge from us. A consultation is a consultation, including the one that ends in "not yet".
