Vertical 02 · You Pay the Provider Directly

A smile you trust,
at a price that makes sense

Major dental work — implants, crowns, full restorations — costs a fraction abroad of what it costs in the US, UK, or Australia. The skill is real. What's been missing is someone you trust to organize it. That's us.

How It Works

Your health first.
The savings follow.

This is healthcare, not a shopping cart — so the process starts with your case, not a price list. Tell us what you need, and we connect you with a verified provider, help you get a real consultation and a real quote, and organize the practical side: travel timing, airport transfer, accommodation, and someone who speaks the language.

You pay your provider directly — your money never passes through a middleman. Our commission comes from facilitating the deal, after it happens. We only do well when your treatment goes well.

Tell us your case

What you are considering, roughly when, and anything you are worried about. The form below is enough to start — you do not need the right words or any paperwork.

You · 5 minutes

We pass it to the practice

We read it, ask you anything obviously missing, and put it in front of the dentist. You stay in English with us the whole way — you never have to chase a foreign clinic yourself.

Adrenaline Group

The dentist reviews it

He tells us what the case is likely to involve and what still has to be answered in person. Anything clinical — what the treatment is, how long it takes, what it costs — is his call, not ours.

The practice

Examination, plan, then travel

A firm diagnosis, treatment plan and price follow the examination. Only then is the trip worth planning — and we time the flights, transfer, stay and aftercare around the treatment, not the other way round.

The practice + us

Enquiring here is not booking an appointment, and nothing on this page is a diagnosis. It starts a conversation — and if the honest answer turns out to be that travelling is not worth it for your case, that is the answer you will get.

Honest math, honestly labeled. Exact prices depend on your case and are confirmed by the provider after a consultation — we don't publish invented numbers. What we can say plainly: the savings on major work are typically large enough to cover the flights and the stay, or we'll tell you the trip isn't worth it for your case.

Is It Worth the Trip?

The honest math

Two illustrative examples comparing a typical U.S. treatment cost against travel plus treatment abroad. These are general market averages for comparison only — your real price is confirmed by the provider after a consultation.

Example 1 — A single dental implant

Typical U.S. Cost
$4,000
general U.S. average — implant, abutment & crown
Flight + Short Stay
$1,400
round-trip flight, hotel, local transport
Treatment in Serbia
$900
illustrative — real price confirmed after consultation
≈ $1,700 savedeven after flights, hotel, and a week exploring Serbia

A single implant is one kind of decision. A full-mouth restoration is another — and the bigger the work, the more the savings matter. Here is that larger case.

Example 2 — A full-arch restoration (per arch)

Typical U.S. Cost
$24,000
general U.S. average — full-arch (e.g. All-on-4), per arch
Flight + Longer Stay
$2,200
flights & hotel across two visits, local transport
Treatment in Serbia
$6,500
illustrative — real price confirmed after consultation
≈ $15,300 savedon a full-arch case, even after flights, hotels, and a proper visit to Serbia

Figures are illustrative general averages (sources vary; U.S. single implants commonly run $3,000–$5,000 and full-arch $15,000–$38,000 per arch). We never publish a specific provider's prices — you get a real number after a real consultation.

Before You Compare Quotes

What a real quote
actually covers

The number is only half of it. Two quotes for "an implant" can mean very different work. This is what to check — here, at home, or anywhere else you are comparing.

TreatmentA complete quote should nameWhat can move the priceYour next step
Single implantReplacing one missing tooth The implant system used, the abutment, the crown, the scans, and how many visits it takes Bone condition, an extraction first, grafting, and the crown material Send an X-ray if you have one — it is the single most useful thing
Crown or bridgeRestoring or replacing existing teeth The material, the laboratory work, and how many days you need to be there Tooth preparation, whether root-canal work is needed first, and the supporting teeth Photos and your existing quote, if you already have one
Full-arch restorationRebuilding a whole upper or lower jaw The temporary and the final restoration, the number of visits, and the aftercare Bone volume, healing time, the final bridge, and your general medical suitability Expect this to be staged across two trips — plan for that from the start

We do not publish a price list for any practice, and we never will. A number attached to your name has to come from a dentist who has looked at your mouth — anything else is marketing. What you will get from us before you commit to anything is an honest sense of the scope, the likely number of trips, and whether the savings justify the journey at all.

Real care, real hands

Skilled work,
modern clinics

The dentistry abroad is not a compromise. The skill is genuine — what changes is the price, not the quality.

The Standard

Don't take "verified"
on our word

Every dental-tourism site on the internet says it verifies its clinics. Almost none of them say what that means. So here is exactly what we checked for our partner practice in Serbia — and, just as importantly, what we have not.

Who treats you
Named, not a network. Dr. Dušan Sremčević, in his own private practice in Kraljevo. You can see his face, his rooms and his work before you decide anything.
Where the practice is
A real address you can look up. Omladinska 10/2/2A, Kraljevo — a physical practice, not a booking desk or a virtual office.
What he treats
Seven areas under one roof — esthetic dentistry, prosthodontics, implantology, oral surgery, periodontology, pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. It matters: a case that turns out to need gum treatment first can still be finished on the same trip.
His local reputation
5.0 on Google, from patients in Serbia — many of them families who have used the same dentist for years. Local, long-standing, and not bought.
The work you can see
The before-and-after cases on his profile are his own patients, published with the practice's permission. Outcomes vary from person to person — they are examples, never predictions.
Where your money goes
Straight to the practice. We never hold, bundle or mark up a treatment fee. Our commission is invoiced separately, afterwards, and it does not change your price.
What language you'll be in
English, throughout. We stay your point of contact from the first message to the follow-up, so you are never left translating for yourself.
What we have not claimed
You will not find a degree, a licence number or a warranty on this site, because we have not been given documentation for them. When we have it, we will publish it. Until then we would rather look thin than sound impressive.

Where We Work

Serbia,
to begin with

Rather than claim a network across half of Europe, we'd rather show you exactly where we operate and exactly who you'd be treated by. Right now that means Serbia — the costs, the trip, and the dentist, all on one page.

Tell us about your case

No commitment, no payment, no travel decision. Tell us roughly what you are considering and we come back within one business day with honest next steps — including "don't bother" if that is the truth.

We reply within one business day. Your details go only to Adrenaline Group — never sold, never shared without your say-so. Please don't attach X-rays or medical records to a first message; we'll tell you the right way to send them once we know what's needed.

Common Questions

Dental care in Serbia — your questions

How much do dental implants cost in Serbia vs the USA?

A single dental implant in the USA commonly runs $3,000–$5,000; in Serbia the same treatment is a fraction of that. Full-arch (All-on-4) restorations that cost $15,000–$38,000 per arch in the US are far lower in Serbia. Even after flights and a hotel, patients typically save 50–70%. Your exact price is confirmed by the provider after a consultation.

Is dental care in Serbia safe for foreign patients?

Yes, when you choose a verified, properly equipped clinic. Serbian dentists are well trained and use the same major implant brands used across Western Europe. We only work with providers whose credentials and facilities we have checked, and we help you ask the right safety questions before you travel.

How much can I save on dental treatment abroad?

For major work — implants, crowns, veneers, full-arch restorations — savings of 50–70% versus US, UK and Australian prices are typical, usually more than enough to cover flights and the stay. For small treatments the saving may not justify the trip, and we will tell you so honestly.

What dental work is worth traveling abroad for?

The bigger the treatment, the more the savings matter. Dental implants, crowns, veneers and full-mouth or full-arch (All-on-4) restorations are the treatments patients most often travel for, because the price gap is large enough to make the trip clearly worthwhile.

Do I get a guarantee on dental implants done abroad?

Reputable clinics offer a warranty on the implant itself, and we help you get it in writing before you commit. No honest provider can guarantee a medical outcome, but a good one plans carefully, uses reputable implant systems, and gives you a clear aftercare plan for when you return home.
