We believe you should know exactly how we make money. Here it is, plainly.

How we are paid

Adrenaline Group earns a commission for facilitating a completed deal. For dental, medical, and automotive facilitation, the commission is invoiced to the provider or seller after the deal is done — you pay your provider or seller directly for their service or product, and our fee is separate from what you pay them. Our commission is a share of the facilitated transaction, agreed with each provider or seller.

What a patient pays us

Only a trip booking fee. It confirms your trip and pays for our work: getting you from the airport to your accommodation, to the practice and back. It is never part of your treatment and never goes to the dentist. You pay it after you have your treatment plan, and you get all of it back if you cancel at least 7 days before you arrive. Details are in our Terms of Service, section 5.

Paragliding gear

For paragliding equipment, transactions run through our marketplace, AdrenalineShop, which holds the buyer's payment until the buyer confirms the gear arrived as described, and only then pays the seller. The marketplace charges a commission on completed sales; the current rates are always shown on AdrenalineShop itself.

That buyer and seller protection belongs to the marketplace only. It does not apply to dental, medical, or automotive services: there you pay the provider or seller directly, and no money for the treatment or the vehicle passes through Adrenaline Group.

What this means for you

We only do well when your deal actually goes well — our incentive is a genuine, completed, satisfactory transaction.
Our fee does not add a hidden markup you can't see: you deal directly with the provider or seller on price.
We will tell you honestly when a deal is not worth doing for your case, even though that means we earn nothing.
