Welcome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at adrenalinedock.com and the facilitation services offered by Adrenaline Group LLC ("Adrenaline Group", "we", "us"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Adrenaline Group is — in one line. We are a facilitator: we connect you with verified providers and sellers abroad and help organize the deal. For dental, medical, and automotive, you pay the provider or seller directly — we are not a party to that transaction and never hold your money. For paragliding gear, transactions and escrow happen on our marketplace, AdrenalineShop.

1. What we do — and don't do

Adrenaline Group introduces buyers to verified providers and sellers, and helps coordinate the practical side of a cross-border deal (verification, logistics, communication). We are not a dentist, a medical provider, a vehicle dealer, a shipping company, or a law firm. We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or tax advice. The professional services you receive are provided by the independent provider or seller you engage, not by us.

2. No guarantees of outcome

We work hard to verify the people we introduce and to describe things accurately. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, price, availability, or satisfaction. Any illustrative figures on this site (for example, cost-comparison examples) are general estimates for comparison only and are not offers or quotes. Your actual price and plan come from the provider after a consultation or inspection.

3. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information so we can help you well.
Make your own informed decisions — including seeking independent medical, legal, or financial advice where appropriate — before committing to any treatment, purchase, or payment.
Use the site lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt, attack, probe, or misuse it.

4. Payments

For dental, medical, and automotive facilitation, you pay the provider or seller directly; Adrenaline Group invoices its commission separately (see our Commission & Affiliate Disclosure). For paragliding gear, buying, selling, and escrow take place on our marketplace, AdrenalineShop, under that platform's own terms. This flagship site does not process payments.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adrenaline Group is not liable for the acts, omissions, services, products, or outcomes of any third-party provider or seller, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on information here. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Adrenaline Group or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as normal browsing requires.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows when. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

A note on these policies. They are written in good faith and in plain language to describe honestly how Adrenaline Group operates. They are being reviewed and refined over time; if anything here is unclear, or you need something more specific for your situation, please contact us and we will help.
