Terms of Service — Adrenaline Group LLC

Welcome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at adrenalinedock.com and the facilitation services offered by Adrenaline Group LLC ("Adrenaline Group", "we", "us"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Adrenaline Group is — in one line. We are a facilitator: we connect you with verified providers and sellers abroad and help organize the deal. For dental, medical, and automotive, you pay the provider or seller directly — we are not a party to that transaction and never hold money meant for the provider. The one thing a dental or medical patient pays us is a trip booking fee for our own arrival service (section 5). Buyer and seller protection exists only for paragliding gear bought and sold on our marketplace, AdrenalineShop. It does not apply to dental, medical, or automotive services.

1. What we do — and don't do

Adrenaline Group introduces buyers to verified providers and sellers, and helps coordinate the practical side of a cross-border deal (verification, logistics, communication). We are not a dentist, a medical provider, a vehicle dealer, a shipping company, or a law firm. We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or tax advice. We do not diagnose, choose your treatment, or interpret X-rays or other medical records — every medical decision is made by you and the provider. The professional services you receive are provided by the independent provider or seller you engage, not by us.

2. No guarantees of outcome

We work hard to verify the people we introduce and to describe things accurately. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, price, availability, or satisfaction. Any illustrative figures on this site (for example, cost-comparison examples) are general estimates for comparison only and are not offers or quotes. Your actual price and plan come from the provider after a consultation or inspection.

3. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information so we can help you well.
Make your own informed decisions — including seeking independent medical, legal, or financial advice where appropriate — before committing to any treatment, purchase, or payment.
Use the site lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt, attack, probe, or misuse it.

4. Payments

For dental, medical, and automotive facilitation, you pay the provider or seller directly. Our commission is paid by the provider or seller after the work or sale is done — you are never invoiced for it (see our Commission & Affiliate Disclosure). Adrenaline Group does not hold, guarantee, or refund any payment you make to a dental, medical, or automotive provider; questions about that treatment or vehicle, its price, or its outcome are between you and the provider.

For paragliding gear, buying and selling take place on our marketplace, AdrenalineShop, under that platform's own terms. There, the buyer's payment is held until the buyer confirms the item arrived as described, and only then is the seller paid. That buyer and seller protection is a feature of the marketplace alone. This flagship site does not process payments.

5. Trip booking fee — dental and medical trips

When you decide to travel for treatment, you pay a trip booking fee to confirm your trip. Paying it is your commitment to travel, and ours to be there: from that moment we book your transfers and make arrangements for you, and their cost is ours whether or not you arrive. The fee covers our arrival service — your transfers in Serbia, from wherever you land to your accommodation, to and from the practice, and back for your flight home — and our help finding accommodation that fits your treatment dates.

It pays for our work, not for treatment. The fee is paid to Adrenaline Group and stays with us. It is never passed to the dental or medical provider, it is not a deposit on your treatment, and it is never deducted from the provider's bill.
No fee before your treatment plan. We ask for it only after you have received your treatment plan, and we tell you the amount and how to pay in writing before you pay.
Accommodation is paid by you directly to the hotel or host, not through us.
Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel later than that, or miss your pickup without letting us know, the fee is not refunded: by then your transfers are booked and their cost is ours.
Flight delayed or changed? Tell us as soon as you know and we move your pickup, at no charge.
If we cancel, or fail to provide the transfers we confirmed, we refund the fee in full.
Refunds depend only on the dates above — never on the treatment, its price, its result, or a decision made at the practice not to go ahead. Those are between you and the provider.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adrenaline Group is not liable for the acts, omissions, services, products, or outcomes of any third-party provider or seller, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on information here. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Adrenaline Group or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as normal browsing requires.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows when. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

A note on these policies. They are written in good faith and in plain language to describe honestly how Adrenaline Group operates. They are being reviewed and refined over time; if anything here is unclear, or you need something more specific for your situation, please contact us and we will help.
