"Escrow" sounds like a legal word for something complicated. It is not. It simply means a trusted third party holds the money while the deal happens, and only hands it over once both sides have done their part. It is the same idea that lets people buy houses from strangers — applied to a paraglider.

Here is exactly how a purchase runs, start to finish.

Step 1 — The buyer pays into escrow

When you agree on a price, you do not pay the seller. You pay Adrenaline Group, and the funds sit safely in the company's account. The seller can see that the money is real and committed, but cannot touch it yet.

Step 2 — The seller ships

Now that payment is secured, the seller sends the gear — with a tracking number and, ideally, photos of the item packed. The seller ships with confidence because they know the buyer's money is already in hand; they are not giving away their wing on a promise.

Step 3 — The buyer inspects and confirms

When the gear arrives, you check it against the listing. Is it the right wing, the right size, the condition described? If yes, you confirm receipt. This is the moment you have full protection: you have the gear before anyone gets paid.

Step 4 — The money is released

Only once you confirm does Adrenaline Group release the funds to the seller. Everyone walks away whole: the buyer got the gear they were promised, the seller got paid, and neither had to trust a stranger's word.

What if something is wrong?

If the gear never arrives, or is not what was described, you simply do not confirm — and you contact us. The funds stay protected while the issue is worked out. Because the money never left escrow, there is nothing to claw back and no one chasing a refund across borders.

Why sellers like it too: honest sellers are protected from a different problem — buyers who receive an item and then falsely claim it never came. With verified accounts and a clear record of the transaction, escrow keeps both sides honest, not just one.

Sellers complete identity verification before their listings go live, so buyers know there is a real, accountable person behind the sale. Buyers can browse and purchase without verification. The marketplace charges a commission only on completed sales — no sale, no fee — and the current rates are always shown on the marketplace itself.
